Delivery
Goods will be despatched according to weight, for all items per parcel (less than 25 kilograms are allowed) Airmail, Speedpost, FedEx or DHL are used. All standard parcels are delivered using air parcel registered post. We do not ship parcel weighing over 25 kilograms (unless bulk purchase please email to sales at Startackle.com).
While every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, Star Tackle shall not be liable for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet the delivery date.
A charge will be made for delivery, these will vary dependant on weight of purchases and will be calculated upon confirmation of your order. Loss or damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to StarTackle within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Risk shall pass to the Customer on delivery and the Goods should be insured accordingly.
Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled despatches.
Shipping and Handling Charges will be automatically processed and shown before checking out and payment in the cart system. Please login and add your items to check the shipping rates.
Return
Due to a very competitive pricing structure that we provide to our customers, we only accept return of faulty goods. Therefore customers are required to borne the responsibility to adopt as much information about the products such as weight, types(floating/sinking), color, size and other relevant details prior the purchase or order.

Return of Faulty Goods
Goods that are faulty can be exchanged within 7 working days of its receipt, (although exceptions to this may occur from time to time). Shipment charges may be applicable by customer both ways of returned items. No shipment charges will be refunded on any goods that are returned for refund that are not faulty.
Startackle will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
Faulty returns, including those returned as faulty when no fault is found, will be credited at the selling price less a restocking/handling charge of 50% of that price.
Liability
STAR TACKLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM
THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS/SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES/INJURIES.
CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES/INJURIES.
IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
